Welcome to Lancing Eagles Running Club

Introduction

Lancing Eagles is a small friendly informal democratic club catering for runners of all abilities formed in 1986. Its purpose is to support runners whether they are running for fun or are interested in competing in races for cross country or road racing.

Normal runs are on Wednesday evenings, meeting at Lancing Manor Leisure Centre (BN15 0PH) at 18:30. During the winter months, we meet inside (in the room next to the DRNK Coffee) or outside by the entrance in the summer.

"I moved to the area before lockdown and didn’t know anyone, but saw the Eagles locally and decided to try running with them. Everyone in the group was so friendly, and running with them has really improved my fitness - I’m very pleased I joined and would really recommend coming along to try for yourself."
