Take your fitness to the next level with speed sessions designed to help you run faster and improve overall performance. These sessions focus on running at high speeds for short bursts, which boosts your speed and endurance. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, speed training can work wonders for your fitness.
Session Overview:
We begin the session with a 10-15 minute warm-up and drills, followed by a 20-25 minute interval session, and finish with a cool-down and stretching. These sessions are ideal for all levels, as you can train alongside others regardless of your pace.
