Wednesday Club Runs

Our regular club nights, meeting inside the Lancing Manor Leisure Centre (BN15 0PH), are Wednesdays at 6:40pm for a 6:45pm run. After club announcements runners divide into small groups based on their abilities (or how energetic they are feeling!) before setting out on various runs of varying lengths and intensity.

Brian's Speed Training

Take your fitness to the next level with speed sessions designed to help you run faster and improve overall performance. These sessions focus on running at high speeds for short bursts, which boosts your speed and endurance. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, speed training can work wonders for your fitness.

Sunday Social Runs

We also gather on Sunday mornings for a social or long run. These relaxed sessions are perfect for new runners looking to increase their distance, or anyone who simply wants a more laid-back, social run. The runs usually end with coffee and cake. Details are posted on our Facebook and Strava pages.
