Most Sunday's usually starting at 8am

We gather on Sunday mornings for a social or long run. The activity focuses on community, fun, and mutual support rather than intense competition, offering a chance to meet people, improve fitness, and build connections in a relaxed setting.

These sessions are ideal for new runners looking to build distance, as well as anyone who enjoys a relaxed, social run. Routes vary each week, offering a mix of flat beach runs and scenic trail routes across the South Downs, with distances ranging from 10k to 10 miles.

Each run usually finishes with coffee and cake!
