Introduction
Whether you're looking to get fitter, faster or stronger - Lancing Eagles is here to help. Founded in 1986, we are a small, fun and friendly running club based in Lancing, West Sussex.
Our regular club nights, meeting inside the Lancing Manor Leisure Centre (BN15 0PH), are Wednesdays at 6:40pm for a 6:45pm run. After club announcements runners divide into small groups based on their abilities (or how energetic they are feeling!) before setting out on various runs of varying lengths and intensity.

40th Anniversary, 40 Hour Charity Treadmill Challenge
On 14-15 May we are marking our 40th anniversary with a 40-hour non-stop treadmill challenge, while raising funds for Ferring Country Centre as it also celebrates 40 years.
Lancing Eagles Excelled at the Worthing Splash Point 5k
Eagles delivered an outstanding set of performances at the Splash Point 5k, with our men’s team winning, women’s placing third, and Andrew McCaskill taking overall victory.
